Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the goat's cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the slices of bread. Add the halved chopped figs or fig jam, crushed nuts and a drizzle of honey. - Step 2
Put the toasts in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is lightly grilled. Put the toasts on a plate, add the prosciutto, salad, season and add a bit more olive oil. Serve!
