Goat cheese
2 handfuls
Arugula
40 g
Tuna (canned)
1/10 bunch
Chives (fresh)

In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, tuna, chopped chives, salt and pepper. Set aside. - Step 2
In a bowl, break the eggs, season with salt and pepper and beat lightly. - Step 3
In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and the beaten eggs. Cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes, - Step 4
Off heat, add the tuna mixture on top of the omelette. - Step 5
Plate the omelette, rolled or folded in half, with the arugula and remaining chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve!
