White bread (sliced)
25 g
Goat cheese (log)
1 tbsp
Red pesto
1 slice
Ham (deli slices)

- Step 1
Wash & cut the tomatoes into thin slices. - Step 2
Spread the tomato pesto on both slices of sandwich bread. - Step 3
Add the tomato slices & ham to one of the two slices of bread. - Step 4
Cut the goat cheese into rounds & add them on top of the ham. Close the sandwich. - Step 5
Melt a knob of butter in a pan over medium heat. Brown the grilled cheeses for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Turn off the heat, cover the pan & let sit off the heat for 1 minute. - Step 6
Cut the grilled cheeses in half & enjoy !
