Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the baguette into slices. - Step 2
Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 5-6 minutes at 200°C, until the bread is lightly browned. - Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the roasted peppers into strips. - Step 4
Arrange the toasts on a dish, then spread them with fresh goat cheese. Add roasted peppers and arugula on top. - Step 5
Season to taste and add pine nuts, if you have any. It's ready !
