Gnocchi
10 ml
White wine
50 ml
Heavy cream
1/2 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
1/4 clove
Garlic
1 pinch
Thyme (fresh)

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, add the gnocchi & cook according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the gnocchi. - Step 2
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the gnocchi & cook for 2 mins, until golden brown. - Step 3
Deglaze with the white wine & continue cooking for another 30 sec. - Step 4
Add the cream, grated garlic, thyme & grated parmesan. Stir & cook for 3-4 min, until the sauce thickens. - Step 5
Serve the creamy gnocchi topped with thyme, grated parmesan & freshly grated pepper. Enjoy !
