Gnocchi
1/4 clove
Garlic
1/2 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
50 ml
Heavy cream
1 pinch
Thyme (fresh)

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain once cooked through. - Step 2
Pour the cream in a large pot or pan on medium heat. Add the thyme and grated garlic. Add the parmesan and mix. After 1-2 minutes, the cream should be homogenous. - Step 3
Add the gnocchi to the parmesan cream. Mix to coat the gnocchi in the sauce. - Step 4
Serve the gnocchi with some extra parmesan, thyme & freshly grated pepper. Enjoy !
