  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the gnocchi in a baking dish. Pour in the tomato purée & mix to combine.
  • Step 2
    Add the gorgonzola (in pieces) & the pesto. Season with pepper & bake for 25 minutes at 220°C.
  • Step 3
    Once golden & the cheese melted, remove the dish from the oven & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
