- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. In an oven-proof dish, add : the gnocchi & tomato purée. Toss to evenly coat. - Step 2
Add the gorgonzola (in pieces) & the pesto. Season with pepper & bake for 25 minutes at 220°C. - Step 3
Once nice & golden on top with melted cheese, remove the dish from the oven. Serve warm with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
