- Step 1
Mince the onions and garlic. Put them in the Digicook blender bowl. Mix for 4 sec / speed 5, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 3 min / 100°C / speed 2. - Step 2
Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive dans le bol. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 3 minutes. - Step 3
Add the gnocchi and fry for 2 minutes / 120°C / reverse mode / speed 2. Add a knob of butter. - Step 4
Add 200 ml water per person into the blender bowl, add the stock cube, crème fraîche, parmesan and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes / 100°C / reverse direction / speed 1. - Step 5
Serve the soup (optional: add Parmesan and chopped chives).
