Chicken breast

2 handfuls
Spinach (fresh)

50 ml
Heavy cream

1/2
Lemon

30 g
Parmesan (grated)

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta. Set aside & keep warm. - Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the chicken into strips. - Step 3
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the chicken, lemon juice & zest. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 4-5 min, until lightly golden. - Step 4
Lower the heat. Add the cream & spinach leaves. Stir & cook for 2-3 min, until the spinach is lightly wilted. - Step 5
Add the drained pasta & grated parmesan to the pan. Stir to coat. - Step 6
Serve the lemon chicken pasta in a plate. Top with extra grated parmesan & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
