Gluten-free Pasta (long)

100 g
Minced chicken (raw)

100 ml
Heavy cream

1/2 clove
Garlic

1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the chicken breast.* Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 4-5 min on each side, until cooked through & golden. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 3
Add the grated garlic & continue cooking for another min. - Step 4
Pour in the crème fraîche & stir. Bring to a light simmer. - Step 5
Add the grated parmesan cheese. Season with pepper & stir until melted, for approx 2 min. - Step 6
Add the pasta & mix to evenly coat. - Step 7
Serve the chicken Alfredo pasta in a plate. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
