Gluten-free Pasta (short)

1 slice
Ham (deli slices)

40 g
Shredded cheese

1 tbsp
Crème fraîche

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta. - Step 2
In a oven-proof dish (we used a 32 x 20 cm dish here), add the cooked pasta. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 3
Add the 'crème fraîche', half of the grated cheese & the ham slices in pieces. - Step 4
Mix well, then top with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 min at 220°C. - Step 5
Once the cheese has melted & is golden brown, remove the baked mac & cheese from the oven. Serve with a side of green salad seasoned to taste & enjoy !
