Red lentils (dry)
70 ml
Coconut milk
1/4 clove
Garlic
1 cm
Ginger (fresh)

- Step 1
Peel & mince the onions. - Step 2
In the Cookeo bowl, add : the onion, grated garlic, grated ginger, curry powder & a drizzle of olive oil. Mix & cook on 'golden' program for 2 min. - Step 3
Add the lentils, coconut milk & 150ml of water per person. Cover & cook under pressure for 10 min. - Step 4
Serve the dahl with a drizzle of coconut milk & freshly grated pepper. Top with fresh coriander & coconut flakes, if you have some. Enjoy !
