Coconut milk
1/4 clove
Garlic

Ginger (fresh)

Peel and mince the onions. - Step 2
Peel and mince the garlic. - Step 3
In a hot saucepan, cook the curry for 1 minute before adding a bit of olive oil with the onions and garlic. - Step 4
Add the lentilles, grated ginger, covering with coconut milk and 1/2 a cup of water per person. - Step 5
Cover and cook for 15 minutes. - Step 6
Serve with a splash of coconut milk and season with pepper (optional: some coconut flakes and cilantro if you have any).
