Garlicky Shrimp with Rice & Salad

  • Step 1
    If needed, defrost the shrimp. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan on medium-low heat. Add the garlic & cook for 1-2 min until fragrant. You don't want to brown the garlic, so lower the heat if needed.
  • Step 2
    Add the shrimp to the pan & season with salt & pepper. Cook for 1-2 min on each side.
  • Step 3
    Move the shrimp to one side of the pan. Add the rice & drizzle over with soy sauce. Stir to combine & continue cooking for 4-5 min, until the shrimp is pink & cooked through & the rice is warm.
  • Step 4
    Serve the garlicky shrimp with a side of rice & green salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy !
