  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 240°C. Soften the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Finely chop the parsley.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl, mix together the butter, parsley and garlic (chopped or grated).
  • Step 4
    Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. If you can't find baguette, any crusty bread will work!
  • Step 5
    Place the baguette on a baking sheet and spread the butter mixture over the two bread halves. Put the two halves back together and bake at 240°C for 8 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Take the bread out of the oven and cut into slices. It's ready to eat!
