Mince the garlic. - Step 2
Add it to a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and the bacon. Fry for 2 minutes. - Step 3
Peel the potatoes. - Step 4
Peel the carrots and slice them into sticks. - Step 5
Add them to the pan and add enough water to cover the vegetables. Add the stock cube, cover and cook for 20 minutes. - Step 6
After 10 minutes of cooking time, add in the onions, beans and peas and cook for another 10 minutes. - Step 7
Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
