French Goat's Cheese Salad with Ham

50 g
Goat cheese (log)
2 slices
Ham (deli slices)
2 slices
White bread (sliced)
1 pinch
Herbes de Provence
2 handfuls
Lambs Lettuce

- Step 1
Preheat the oven on broil mode. Place the pieces of toast on a baking tray* & top with the slices of ham. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 2
Slice the goat's cheese into rounds & add them on top of the toast. - Step 3
Top with a drizzle of olive oil & season with salt, pepper & 'herbes de Provence'. Broil for 5 minutes. - Step 4
Once the toast is golden & the cheese melted, remove them from the oven. Serve with a side of green salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy !
Recipe tip
For a truly flavoursome moment, we suggest spreading some grainy mustard on the bread slices & topping it all off with a drizzle of honey.
