Savoy cabbage (head)
80 g
Cannellini beans (cooked)
50 g
Pancetta (cubed)
1/4 clove
Garlic

Wash & finely slice the cabbage. - Step 2
In a hot saucepan, add the bacon bits* & grated garlic. Sauté for 2 min, over high heat. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 3
Add the cabbage and mix. - Step 4
Add 250ml of water per serving. Season with salt & pepper. Stir, cover & leave to simmer for 15 min, over medium heat. - Step 5
After 15 minutes, add the beans. Stir, cover & leave to simmer for another 5 min. - Step 6
Once the soup is ready, serve it in a bowl & re-season to taste. Enjoy !

To change things up a bit, swap out the bacon bits for smoked lard or sausages.
