recipe
- Step 1
If needed, defrost your beef patties. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Cut the potatoes into fries, - Step 2
Rince them with cold water, then drain. - Step 3
Place them in a bowl, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt and pepper to taste and mix. - Step 4
Spread some parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the fries on top and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C. - Step 5
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. Then, mold the ground beef into burger patties. - Step 6
Cut the cheese into large slices. - Step 7
5 minutes before the fries are done, cook the burger patties on a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side for rare, adding a little time for a medium or well done burger. - Step 8
Once the pattie is done, add the cheese slice on top to melt. - Step 9
Use the same hot pan to toast your burger buns. 15 to 30 seconds should be good to get them nice and golden. - Step 10
