recipe

  • Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Cut the potatoes into fries,
  • Step 2
Rince them with cold water, then drain.
  • Step 3
Place them in a bowl, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
  • Step 4
Spread some parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the fries on top and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.
  • Step 5
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. Then, mold the ground beef into burger patties.
  • Step 6
Cut the cheese into large slices.
  • Step 7
5 minutes before the fries are done, cook the burger patties on a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side for rare, adding a little time for a medium or well done burger.
  • Step 8
Once the pattie is done, add the cheese slice on top to melt.
  • Step 9
Use the same hot pan to toast your burger buns. 15 to 30 seconds should be good to get them nice and golden.
  • Step 10
Spread some mustard on the inner side of the bun, then add the lettuce, the burger pattie, and the caramelized onions.
  • Step 11
Close the burger and serve with the fries, fresh out of the oven. Enjoy!
