Flank steak

Green beans (fresh)

- Step 1
 Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Step 2
 In the meantime, dice the shallots.
- Step 3
 Add the green beans to the pot with the potatoes and cook everything for 12 more minutes.
- Step 4
 In a hot pan, add half the butter and cook the shallots for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Step 5
 Once evaporated, add the rest of the butter along with the steak to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, while basting the meat on both sides.

 Remove the steak once cooked. Add a bit of water to the pan to make the sauce.
- Step 7
 Place the steak back in the sauce while draining the vegetables.
- Step 8
 Drain the green beans and potatoes.
- Step 9
 Remove from the pan and cut the steak into slices.
- Step 10
 Serve the steak with the green beans, potatoes and shallot sauce. Season with salt & pepper to your taste and enjoy!
