Flank steak
30 g
Roquefort Cheese
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche
200 g
Potatoes (diced)

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package (about 15 minutes on medium heat in a pan). Stir frequently and season with salt & pepper. - Step 2
While the potatoes are cooking, heat a pan to low heat and slowly melt the blue cheese and crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper and set aside. - Step 3
5 minutes before the potatoes are done cooking, heat a pan on high heat. Add a dab of butter and cook the steak for 2 minutes on each side. (Cook for longer depending on how you like your meat cooked) - Step 4
Serve the hash browns with the steak and blue cheese sauce. Enjoy!
