- Step 1
Put the water, a pinch of salt and some olive oil in the Thermomix bowl. Insert the cooking basket with the rice, mix with the spatula. - Step 2
Put the fish in the Varoma on top of the Thermomix and cook 20 min / 100°C / speed 1. - Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half. When the rice is cooked, drain and set to one side. - Step 4
In the mixing bowl, fry the halved tomatoes in a drizzle of olive oil for 2 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1. - Step 5
Add the fish, Korma paste and coconut milk, salt and pepper to the bowl. Simmer for 6 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1 - Step 6
If the rice needs reheating, put it on the Varoma tray for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Serve the rice with the curry (optional: add some fresh cilantro if you have any), and enjoy!
