  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain once cooked.
  • Step 2
    In a casserole, cook the chopped tomatoes with a splash olive oil for 2 minutes. Cut the fish in 3-4 cm cubes.
  • Step 3
    Add the fish to the pot with the Korma paste and coconut milk, and season. Mix, taking care not to break the fish. Bring to the boil and simmer for 6 minutes. Count 5 minutes more if the fish is frozen.

    Serve with the rice and a few cilantro leaves if you have them.
