  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 220°C. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes.
  • Step 2
    Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Drain at the end of cooking.
  • Step 3
    Chop the onions finely.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile, cook the onions with the lardons, some pepper and cook 2 to 3 minutes until golden. Pour the white wine into the pan.

    Cut the reblochon in slices.
  • Step 6
    In a baking dish, put a layer of potatoes, then lardons, and repeat. End with the crème fraîche and the Reblochon slices and season.

    Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Serve with a dressed salad. Enjoy!
