Wash and roughly slice the endives. - Step 2
Cut the pear into bite-size chunks (you can leave the peel on). - Step 3
In a salad bowl, add the endive, pear, walnuts, crumbled cheese, 1 TB of oil and 1 TB of vinegar per portion. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. - Step 4
Serve, it's ready!
