Bacon

Egg
1/10 bunch
Chives (fresh)
1 pinch
Paprika
2 tsp
Mayonnaise

- Step 1
Cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water, for 9 minutes. Once cooked, place in cold water. - Step 2
In a pan, cook the bacon for 2 minutes on each side. Roughly chop. - Step 3
Once the eggs have cooled, peel and chop in half lengthways. Remove the yolk and put into a bowl (saving a bit to garnish with). - Step 4
Season the yolks and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise and mix. - Step 5
If you have any, add the mixture into a freezer bag, twisting into a cone and snipping off the end. Pipe into the eggs. If you don't have a bag, just use a teaspoon. - Step 6
Add the toppings: crumbled egg yolk, bacon, paprika, fresh herbs. Serve!
