Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the shrimp & the grated garlic. Sauté for 4 min. - Step 2
Meanwhile, peel then thinly slice the avocado. - Step 3
Peel, then thinly slice the red onion. - Step 4
Add the avocado, onions, shrimps, a drizzle of lime juice, & fresh coriander at the center of the wrap. - Step 5
Re-season to taste. Optional: Add a few dashes of hot sauce. Enjoy !
