  • Step 1
    In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the rice (according to pack instructions), at the same time as the red kidney beans, strained beforehand.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and remove the green sprout. In a hot frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, garlic, cumin, chicken, and soy sauce. Cook for 4 minutes on each side over a medium heat.
  • Step 3
    Strain the rice once it is cooked. Serve on a plate with the chicken (sliced into strips), choped avocado and a drizzle of olive oil. Season. (Optional: add a bit of lime juice and cilantro)
