  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the carrots & grate them.
  • Step 2
    Wash the zucchini. Slice it in half lengthwise, then cut it into half-moons.
  • Step 3
    Heat a pan & add the spices. Sauté on high heat for 30 seconds.
  • Step 4
    Add a drizzle of olive oil, the carrots & zucchini to the pan. Sauté for 7-8 minutes on medium-high heat. Season with salt & pepper and mix.
  • Step 5
    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix : the dairy-free milk, eggs, yogurt, salt & pepper.* *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 6
    Add the veg into a tart pan and cover with the milk/yogurt mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
  • Step 7
    Once baked & golden, remove the crustless quiche from the oven & serve . Enjoy !

😋 Gourmet tip

For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding sautées mushrooms ou bacon bits in your quiche mixture & swaping the curry powder for some Madras curry powder !
