  • Step 1
    In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Drain it at the end of cooking.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, wash then cut the broccoli into tops.
  • Step 3
    Cook the broccoli in a second pot of boiling salted water for 6 minutes. At the end of cooking, drain it.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile, cut the tofu into small cubes.
  • Step 5
    Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter & the soy sauce. Add a splash of water to dilute the sauce.
  • Step 6
    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the cubed tofu & grill it for 5 min until golden brown.
  • Step 7
    Once the tofu is nice & golden, add the sauce to the pan. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, over low heat, stirring.
  • Step 8
    Serve the quinoa & the broccoli with the tofu & peanut sauce. Add the crushed peanuts. Season to taste & enjoy !

😋 Gourmet tip

For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding minced garlic & ginger to the sauce.
