Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

Fingerling potatoes

Parmesan (grated)
1 pinch
Mild chile powder, ground
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche
1/10 bunch

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl mix the parmesan, granulated garlic and chili pepper. - Step 2
Wash then cut the potatoes in half. - Step 3
On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, spread the parmesan mixture, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil then place the potatoes face down on the baking sheet. Pour in a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper then bake for 25 minutes at 200°C. - Step 4
Meanwhile, finely chop the chives. - Step 5
In a bowl add the chives, crème fraîche, salt, pepper then mix. Reserve in the fridge. - Step 6
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and serve them with the sauce. It's ready!
