  • Step 1
    Prepare the ingredients for breading the chicken: break the eggs into a bowl, put the breadcrumbs on a plate, (optional: put a little flour on a separate plate).
  • Step 2
    Season the eggs with salt and pepper, then whisk.
  • Step 3
    Take out your chicken pieces (or if you're using escalopes, slice in thirds lengthwise). Dunk your chicken successively in (optional: flour) the eggs, then the breadcrumbs and set the pieces to one side.

    In a hot skillet add a knob of butter or vegetable oil and cook the chicken over medium heat, about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

    If you have mayonnaise, mix the wasabi paste into it.
  • Step 6
    Make a salad dressing by mixing the soy sauce and olive oil.
  • Step 7
    Season the chicken with salt and pepper towards the end of cooking.
  • Step 8
    Serve it with the salad and mayonnaise for dipping. Enjoy!
