Fish fillets (breaded)
200 g
Peas (frozen)
1/4
Yellow onion
1 tsp
Tartar sauce

In a pot of boiling water, cook the peas for 8 minutes. - Step 2
In the meantime, remove the outer layer of the onion and cut into thin strips. Sauté in a hot pan with a dab of butter for 5 minutes. - Step 3
In the same pan, add the fish next to the onions and cook for 2 minutes on each side. - Step 4
Add the drained peas to the pan with another dab of butter and cook for 2 more minutes. Add salt & pepper and mix. - Step 5
Serve the fish and peas with the tartar sauce. Optional: Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on the fish. Enjoy!
