- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. On a baking tray covered with baking paper, place the breaded chicken, then bake for 12 minutes. - Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the red onion, then finely slice it. - Step 3
Wash then cut the cherry tomatoes in half. - Step 4
Peel then cut the avocado into thin slices. - Step 5
Once browned, remove the breaded chicken from the oven and cut it into slices. - Step 6
Prepare the cocktail sauce. In a bowl, mix: mayonnaise, ketchup and cider vinegar. - Step 7
On a plate, add the salad, cherry tomatoes, avocado and breaded chicken. Add the red onions, cocktail sauce and pepper. It's ready !
