Whisk the eggs in a bowl. - Step 2
Cut the camembert into quarters. - Step 3
Dip the camembert in the egg and then into the breadcrumbs. Continue the same process to get a thick crust on each piece. Set aside. - Step 4
Wash, then finely chop the apples (removing the skin if you wish). - Step 5
Heat some olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat and cook each side of the camembert for 30 seconds. - Step 6
Add the salad, apples and camembert to a salad bowl. Season with the dressing of your choice and enjoy!
