Ravioli (spinach and ricotta)
40 g
Sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche
2 handfuls
Spinach (fresh)
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
1/4 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and set aside. - Step 2
Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package. - Step 3
While the ravioli are cooking, heat a frying pan on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the garlic for 1 minute. - Step 4
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and mix. - Step 5
Add the crème fraîche, spinach and 2 tablespoons of water per portion. Stir for 2 minutes. - Step 6
Once the ravioli are cooked, add to the pan. - Step 7
Add the grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and mix. - Step 8
Serve hot and enjoy!
