  • Step 1
    Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
  • Step 3
    While the ravioli are cooking, heat a frying pan on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the garlic for 1 minute.
  • Step 4
    Add the sun-dried tomatoes and mix.
  • Step 5
    Add the crème fraîche, spinach and 2 tablespoons of water per portion. Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Once the ravioli are cooked, add to the pan.
  • Step 7
    Add the grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and mix.
  • Step 8
    Serve hot and enjoy!
