Wash the vegetables, cut the carrots, leeks and mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the chicken into cubes. - Step 2
In a pot, add a drizzle of olive oil and the chicken, carrots and leeks. Sauté for 3 minutes. - Step 3
Next add the veal stock, 1/2 cup of water per person, the mushrooms, salt, pepper and continue cooking for 20 min on medium-low heat. - Step 4
In the meantime, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside. - Step 5
After 20 minutes, add the cream and mix. Serve together with the rice. Enjoy!
