Zucchini
1/2 clove

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions (about 10 minutes). Drain. - Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into bite-size chunks. - Step 3
Cut the brie into slices or chunks. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the grated or minced garlic, then add the zucchini.* Sauté for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan when lightly browned. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 5
Add the cream and brie to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper. - Step 6
Add the pasta and zucchini to the pan and stir to combine. - Step 7
Plate the pasta, seasoning to taste, and top with fresh basil leaves (optional). It's ready!
