Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Meanwhile, cook the shelled almonds (or pine nuts) in a hot pan just until they have a golden caramel color. - Step 2
In a blender, add the destoned avocado, basil leaves, chopped parmesan, and one soup spoon of olive oil per person. Blend until you have a creamy sauce. - Step 3
Mix the strained pasta with the sauce, decorate with the almonds (or pine nuts) and some extra basil leaves. Serve!
