  • Step 1
    Slice the onions and add them to a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil and the turmeric and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, drain and rinse the white beans.
  • Step 3
    Add them to the pan, sauté for 1 minute over high heat, then cover to the top with water (about 2/3 cups per person).
  • Step 4
    Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper, cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Once cooked, add the cream and mix.
  • Step 6
    Optional: add a little water if the texture is too thick.
  • Step 7
    Serve the soup with the haddock cut into strips (remove the skin first), it's ready!

    Optional: serve with some fresh herbs if you have some at home, tarragon, parsley, coriander, according to your taste!
