Cream of Bean & Haddock Soup

Cannellini beans (cooked)
50 g
Haddock (smoked)
30 ml
Heavy cream
1/4 tsp
Turmeric (ground)
1/4
Yellow onion

Slice the onions and add them to a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil and the turmeric and sauté for 1 minute. - Step 2
Meanwhile, drain and rinse the white beans. - Step 3
Add them to the pan, sauté for 1 minute over high heat, then cover to the top with water (about 2/3 cups per person). - Step 4
Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper, cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. - Step 5
Once cooked, add the cream and mix. - Step 6
Optional: add a little water if the texture is too thick. - Step 7
Serve the soup with the haddock cut into strips (remove the skin first), it's ready! - Step 8
Optional: serve with some fresh herbs if you have some at home, tarragon, parsley, coriander, according to your taste!
