Couscous

30 g
Green olives

1 tbsp
Pine nuts

1/4
Lemon

1/10 bunch
Cilantro (fresh)

- Step 1
Add the couscous to a bowl. Pour ⅓ cup of boiling water (per portion) on top of the couscous. Cover and allow to fluff for 5 minutes. - Step 2
Toast the pine nuts in a frying pan on high heat until they turn golden brown. Stir frequently to avoid burning! - Step 3
Remove the olive pits (if they aren't already pitted) and cut into slices. - Step 4
To make the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil (per portion), salt & pepper in a small bowl. - Step 5
Fluff the couscous using a fork. Add it into a large bowl with the olives, toasted pine nuts, cilantro & some lemon zest for an extra lemony flavor (optional)* Toss with the dressing. Enjoy ! *Check out our tips for this step
