  • Step 1
    In a bowl, add the couscous and 1/3 cup cold water per person. Cover and let it fluff for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Cut the salmon into cubes. Cut the radish into slices.
  • Step 3
    Fluff the couscous with a fork. Add the radish, salmon, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt & pepper and mix. Enjoy!
