200 g
Peas (fresh)
1 slice
Bacon
1/4
Lemon

Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Colander, Grater

If needed, defrost your cod. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the peas for 8 minutes. - Step 2
Meanwhile, in a frying pan, add the bacon slices and cod. - Step 3
Remove both once they're golden. - Step 4
Cook the cod for 4 mintues on each side. Add a splash of olive oil if necessary. - Step 5
Season the peas with salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and mix. - Step 6
Serve with the cod and bacon. - Step 7
Grate the lemon zest on top, season and add a bit more olive oil.
