- Step 1
If needed, remove the green bean stems. Fill the Thermomix with water. Add the beans to the Varoma basket & the cod in the steamer basket. - Step 2
Place the Varoma basket inside the Thermomix & cook for 30 min / Varoma / speed 1. - Step 3
Meanwhile, toast the slivered almonds in a dry hot pan for a couple of minutes, until lightly golden. Set aside. - Step 4
Prepare the herby butter. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the herbes de Provence. - Step 5
Serve the cod with the green beans. Top with herby butter & the toasted almonds. Serve with a side of rice & lemon slices. Enjoy !
