  • Step 1
    If needed, remove the green bean stems. Add the green beans in the steamer basket. Fill the Cookeo with minimum 200ml of water & place the steamer basket inside. Cook under pressure for 8 min.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, toast the slivered almonds in a dry hot pan for a couple of minutes, until lightly golden. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    In the same pan, melt a dab of butter. Add the cod. Season with salt, pepper & herbes de Provence. Cook undisturbed for 2 min on each side, until lightly golden. Add a drizzle of lemon juice.
  • Step 4
    Serve the cod with the green beans. Top with the toasted almonds & serve with a side of rice & lemon slices. Enjoy !
