    Cut the fish into cubes, removing the skin, if necessary.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, add the cod, juice of the lime, and coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Optional: Add a pinch of ground chile powder or red chile flakes, if you like spicy dishes!

    Cut the onion into thin slices.
