- Step 1
If you are using frozen cod filets, defrost them by placing them in a freezer bag and immersing them in cold water for 15 minutes. - Step 2
Pour 500g of water into the Digicook's bowl. Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower, and place them in the cooking basket. - Step 3
Versez 1500 g d’eau dans le bol du Digicook. Placez le panier amovible à l'intérieur du bol. Ajoutez les sommités de chou-fleur et de brocoli à l'intérieur. - Step 4
Insert the Varoma tray and put the cod on it. Season with salt and a dash of olive oil. Place the steamer on top and place your piece of cod on it. Salt and pour a drizzle of olive oil on top. Cook everything for 20 min / 120°C / speed 1. - Step 5
Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing: vinegar, lemon juice, finely chopped shallots and 1 teaspoon of olive oil per person, salt, pepper. - Step 6
Serve the cod with the vegetables, spoon the sauce on top, season with salt, pepper, add the zest of the lemon on top (optional: some fresh herbs if you have any, parsley or cilantro for example). Serve and enjoy!
