- Step 1
If using frozen cod, defrost them by placing them in a zipped plastic bag under cold water for 15 minutes. - Step 2
Melt a dab of butter in a pan on medium-high heat. Season the cod with salt & pepper and cook for 4 minutes on each side. - Step 3
In the meantime, heat the creamed spinach according to the instructions on the package. (7-8 minutes in a pan or in the microwave) - Step 4
Serve the spinach with the cod. Enjoy!
