Creamed spinach (frozen)

Shallot
1/4 clove

Peel & thinly slice the shallot. - Step 2
Melt a knob a butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the cod & season with salt & pepper. Cook 4 min on each side. - Step 3
In the meantime, melt a knob of butter in a second pan, over medium heat. Add the shallots & grated garlic. Cook for 2-3 mins. - Step 4
Add the spinach to the pan & continue cooking for 5 mins. - Step 5
Serve the creamy spinach with the cod. Add rice or pasta & season to taste. Enjoy !
