  • Step 1
    Boil 1/4 cup water per person and cook the rice for 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk and mix.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Stir regularly (if too dry add some more water or coconut milk).
  • Step 3
    In the meantime, sautée the sliced almonds for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Step 4
    Serve hot or cold with the sliced almonds and maple syrup on top. Enjoy!
