Arborio rice

50 ml
Coconut milk

15 g
Almonds (sliced)

1 tbsp
Maple syrup

- Step 1
Boil 1/4 cup water per person and cook the rice for 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk and mix. - Step 2
Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Stir regularly (if too dry add some more water or coconut milk). - Step 3
In the meantime, sautée the sliced almonds for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. - Step 4
