Coconut milk

Coconut (shredded, unsweetened)

Sugar (granulated)

Boil the rice with 50 ml of water per person for 5 minutes. - Step 2
Add the sugar, grated coconut and coconut milk, stir. - Step 3
Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Stir regularly (add a little water and coconut milk if the mixture dries out). - Step 4
Serve in a bowl either hot or cold with lemon zest on top. It's ready!
